Large battery storage units are composed of multiple battery sets, battery management systems, DC-AC converters, HVAC, fire extinguisher, energy management system, communication system and more. Controllab has developed a digital twin that allows you to test the various control systems of a battery storage unit, without the real storage unit.

Diesel generator sets are used on-board of ships to supply the electric power. The control software and circuitry to make these generator sets operate safely is very complex. Controllab has developed a digital twin that allows you to test these control sytems, without the real generator.
