Controllab welcomes a new intern, Huub!
We would like to introduce our new intern, Huub, who recently joined our team at Controllab. We are happy to have him on board and look forward to sharing the results of his work in the coming weeks.
Meet Huub,
“My name is Huub, and I am currently studying for a Master’s degree in Robotics at the University of Twente. I am in my second year, which means that I have to complete a 14-week internship. I chose Controllab because I have used their 20-sim product multiple times during my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees, and found it very interesting.
Over the next 14 weeks, I will conduct research into position control for floating offshore wind turbines (FOWTs). This will involve conducting literature research into existing solutions, modelling the FOWT, and implementing a control strategy. I’m looking forward to learning more about modelling and gaining experience working at a company like Controllab.”
